Testimonial “Lavenia was highly recommended to me by my neighbour in Duffys Forest during the year of 2015 and I kept Lavenia’s business card in my top drawer. Initially I made contact with Lavenia to help me with a client that was considering on a relocation to Australia on the North Shore. Lavenia set up many open for inspections and we had a great afternoon with my client looking at a variety of homes, Lavenia was very helpful, considerate and very willing to help with any further requests. Six months later, my husband and I decided to put our 2.5 acre property on the market as we decided to make the sea change. Without hesitation we both wanted to engage the services of Lavenia. The process from beginning to end was seamless. Lavenia is very generous with her time and enthusiasm, she is always professional and operates with great integrity. We too highly recommend Lavenia, it was one of the best selling experiences we’ve ever had.” Mr & Mrs Saver, Duffys Forest

Testimonial "Lavenia sets very high goals for herself. She does not settle for just selling a property. She wants ALL parties to be well informed, achieve their individual goals and to be happy about the outcome. She has a methodical sales and negotiating process which she strictly adheres to. Her actions back up her words and the results she achieves are good for all involved. She continues her service after the exchange to ensure clean hand overs and in this way, maintains the highest credibility. She continues to facilitate the sales process beyond contract exchange also because she knows that this is the way she consistently grows her quality network. Her negotiation skills are 2nd to none because she uses relevant facts and takes the time to listen to all parties." Mr & Mrs Ball, Terrey Hills

Testimonial “I thought it would be important for me to write to you to give you a big thank you for your professionalism and prompt service that was provided in the recent sale of our investment property. I found you to be very easy to approach and understanding of any issue that was raised before, during and after the sale period. We were overwhelmed by the number of offers we received and I see that as a testament to your proven sales techniques and friendly attitude. You never lost interest from prospective buyers and I was ecstatic to exchange contracts within 4 weeks of the first open inspection and settle on a price beyond our original expectations. My experience with you would have to be one of the best I have had with any real estate agent and I would not hesitate for a minute to recommend your services to my friends and family. Once again, thank you so much.” Mr Chung, Roseville
